I deliberately choose not to complete my range by buying grapes or wines to other winegrowers. Each wine I produce comes exclusively from my own vineyard. This total control over my production, from start to finish, guarantees a very high level of quality.
THE ESTATE
The estate was founded by my ancestors and has been run by my family for over 6 generations.
It is composed of old vines with an average of 65 years.
The "Rugiens-Bas" and "Grands Epenots" parcels break the record: They were planted in 1906!
THE WINES
THE WINEMAKING METHOD
The vinification and barrel maturing processes are identical across all appellations. Only the terroir differentiates the wines from one another.
PHILOSOPHY
To enhance the superiority and elegance of the "Pinot Noir" grape variety, it is essential to understand and respect the uniqueness of each appellation and of each vintage.
This is what I require from each person working with me at the estate.
